Hello Family & Friends!

It all started in the year 1982 when I was just 16 years old and new in the program yet once again! My sponsor, Sondra E., who has since passed on to the big meeting in the sky, put me to work at my 1^st  OCAAC convention  and I was hooked!  At a young age the convention showed me that I could have fun and stay sober! Wow, what a concept! So vitally important to enjoy a sober life at any age!  Sondra taught me early on how important it was to get active in service and with her direction; example & love she definitely helped me to become a better, sober version of myself.  I have since stayed sober and have been a part of many amazing meetings, events and opportunities but being a part of this convention has been one of my very favorite experiences of all time! I am so honored to be part of this journey with all of you. 

So… it is no mistake that this year's Convention Theme is “Fun, Fellowship & more in 2024”

The work & energy that we all put into having this big celebration of recovery is exceptional and I am grateful to have such a devoted & loyal committee. I also want to thank GOD & my amazing family & friends who support and love me, year after year, it is certain that I could not do it without you. 

Registration for the convention will be Online or On-Site only. Registration is open on the website and you can purchase your registration, banquet, luncheon, and all other ticketed events during the convention weekend. You can also reserve your hotel room by clicking the link on the convention website or by calling The Hilton Hotel, Costa Mesa, Ca. at 714-540-7000  and the new rate is $149 a night for convention attendees. 

We also would like to welcome the new and added Spanish Speaking AA & Ala-non! We hope that you have a wonderful experience leading & sharing at the meetings.
